‌1. Overview

       The sub-shaft truck operating system is used to operate the trucks at the head of the sub-shaft of the vertical shaft or at the underground level of the yard, which consists of trolley machine, rocking table, stopper, safety gate, centralized control hydraulic system, and electric control system of the truck operating system, and it can transfer, limit, load and unload the cages of the trucks in the yard in a short distance. The technicians of our company have studied the operation system, optimized the design of each equipment, optimized the layout of the yard, and launched the new generation of KACXC hydraulic operation system, which realizes the mechanization, automation and intelligence of the operation, with a beautiful and tidy yard, safe and efficient equipments, and the technology level is at the leading level in China, and it is the product of the sub-shaft operation equipment.

2. Characteristics of the Equipment

(1). The whole car yard track type is unified, the equipment and basic track are integral structure, the slope of the car yard track on the inlet side is arranged horizontally or with small slope, the car yard is smooth and beautiful, and all of them realize the mechanical forced operation, which reduces the violent collision between the mine car and the equipment in the process of self-skidding and sliding car operation, and improves the service life of the equipment, and increases the safety;

(2). The arrangement of pin-tooth operation equipment is characterized by one multi-functional pin-tooth trolley machine for each strand, setting up two blockers, supporting rocking platform, safety gate, full hydraulic drive system, realizing the short-range transfer, limitation, loading and unloading of the cage, and reliably achieving the mechanization and automation of safety locking and operation of the trolley;

(3). Re-optimize the design according to the mechanical calculation, the equipment is strong, reasonable structure, can meet the overall transfer requirements of large equipment;
