At present, quantitative bucket loading equipment is widely used in coal vertical shaft hoisting production, which has the advantages of simple structure, few links, small amount of coal scattering, and is conducive to the realization of hoisting automation, and has been designated as the standard loading equipment in China.

2. Main structure

Vertical well skip quantitative bucket loading equipment mainly consists of quantitative bucket straight section, quantitative bucket lower section, fan gate, chute, control cylinder/hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic load cell, etc. When the skip arrives at the coal loading position at the bottom of the well, the control cylinder or hydraulic cylinder is activated through the control element, and the fan gate opens, and the coal in the quantitative bucket will be loaded along the coal side.

When the skip reaches the coal loading position at the bottom of the shaft, the control cylinder or hydraulic cylinder is activated by the control element, the fan gate is opened, and the coal in the quantitative hopper is loaded into the skip along the chute.
