When accidents or harmful gases occur in coal mines and cause the staff not to be able to breathe normally, the staff can enter the nearby self-rescue device to avoid the disaster, and through the fresh air delivered by the self-rescue device, the staff can breathe easily for a long time, so as to achieve the purpose of avoiding the disaster and stabilizing the mood of the work. Generally speaking, the number of self-rescue devices installed in the underground shall not be less than one third of the total number of staff in the underground.ZYJ-M type mine pressurized air self-rescue device has the functions of decompression of pressurized air, muffling of sound, flow rate adjustment, filtration of oil and water, and so on, and it has the characteristics of easy installation, beautiful appearance, long service life, low noise, fresh air and hygiene, and so on.

2. Main structure

        ZYJ-M type mine pressure wind self-rescue device is a new type of isolated gas respiratory protection device, this device is a box of six groups (can be designed according to the requirements of the group), can provide six people to use at the same time, to achieve the effect of taking care of each other.ZYJ-M type mine pressure wind self-rescue device consists of the box body, mounting plate, inlet pipe, door locks, respirator (multi-group) and other components. The box body, mounting plate and inlet pipe are made of stainless steel. The respirator is installed in the box, and the respirator consists of regulating valve, decompression filtering valve, spring hose, self-absorbing filtering mask and so on. The decompression filter valve filters the impurities, water and oil in the air, reduces the noise of pressurized wind, adjusts and controls the pressure of air supply, so that the workers can breathe unhindered and freely and comfortably.ZYJ-M type mine pressurized wind self-rescuer adopts the self-absorbing filtering mask to breathe directly in the mouth, and it connects with the spring hose, so that it does not affect the line of sight of the personnel, and the spring hose can be freely retracted, so that the personnel can move freely within the retractable range of the spring hose.ZYJ-M is made of stainless steel. ZYJ-M type mine compressed air self-rescue device generally adopts mine compressed air pipeline for gas supply.
