       Traditional waterproof closed door for manual closing manual locking, waterproof closed door is always open, emergency manually can not close the door, low reliability, close the door difficult, poor sealing effect and other shortcomings. In order to improve the waterproof ability of central drainage pump room and central substation, our company has developed a new generation of intelligent waterproof closed door, which is integrated with machine, electricity and liquid, and the whole encapsulation structure can realize intelligent control of near control and remote control. Close control is controlled by remote control or operation buttons; remote control is realized through the mine's ring network system, which can be operated by one key in the ground centralized control room.

2. Use and scope of application

       Intelligent waterproof closed door is generally used in the passageway of underground main drainage pump room and main transformer station to the underground depot to prevent the sudden immersion of mine water, and at the same time, it has the function of fire prevention. The main role of the central drainage pump room is to collect the groundwater pumped out by the pump rooms underground, and pump it to the ground through several high-power water pumps to ensure that the underground water is pumped to the ground.

The main function of the central drainage pump house is to collect the underground water pumped out by the underground pump houses and pump it to the ground through a number of high-power water pumps to ensure the safety of underground operation. As the center system of mine power supply, the central substation is mainly responsible for the underground power supply and distribution of the whole mine, and its safe operation is an important part of the underground safety production.

(1). The whole machine is composed of mechanical part, hydraulic part and electric part;

(2). Mechanical part includes door frame, door fan, door closing device, 6 hydraulic locking devices (encapsulated in the door fan), 4 spare handwheel locking device components;

(3). The hydraulic part consists of hydraulic station (encapsulated in the door fan), accumulator, and hydraulic cylinder;

(4). The electrical part includes the upper computer system (remote control), PLC control box, manual buttons, junction box, UPS power supply, remote control, etc.

5. Functional features

(1). Integration of machine, electricity and liquid, the whole package structure, can realize the near control and remote control operation. Near-control is controlled by remote control or operation button; remote control is operated by one key in the ground centralized control room through the mine's ring network system;

(2). The hydraulic system is equipped with accumulator and UPS power supply, when the external power supply is cut off, the backup power supply can continue to supply power for the control system. It can realize the closure of the confined door under power failure condition with near control and remote control operation;

(3). The opening and closing actions are driven by the opening and closing cylinders, and the locking actions are locked by several sets of hydraulic devices, and each action is accompanied by an in-place sensor device with four sets of manual back-up handwheel locking, which ensures that the actions are reliable and the sealing effect is good;

(4). There are voice alarm reminders during the process of opening and closing the airtight door, and the voice alarm stops after the opening and closing actions are completed;

(5). It can be equipped with video monitoring and upper computer monitoring system for real-time monitoring of the movement status of the closed door and remote opening and closing operation;

(6). The overall structure has high strength and good pressure-bearing, the door frame is welded with 25# channel steel and 12mm thick steel plate, and the main door panel is welded with 20mm thick steel plate and 12mm thick reinforcement plate.
