FYS35 mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe remote control receiver features:
(1). CPU real-time processing function;
The data processing of the wireless RF transmitter transmitting to the receiver side, sequentially analyzing the data output corresponding to each function key, and driving the relay output of the latter level through the hardware serial-to-parallel output driving circuit.
(2). Time-out automatic reset function after the transmitter is powered off;
In the process of remote control operation, if there is a power failure of the remote control transmitter operation, the receiver will disconnect all output drive signals when it detects the timeout.
(3). New item for communication expansion with PLC;
The later demand for the latter level of output communication reading and writing involves non-standard customized data transmission protocols.
3. Main Functions
(1). Basic functions of mine intrinsically safe remote control transmitter:
a) It has 20 key switches and 1 power switch.
b)Under-voltage indication function: under-voltage indicator lights up to show that the power is insufficient.
c) Automatic hibernation function: real-time monitoring of the state of the key pressed, after a long time without operation, it will automatically enter the hibernation low-power mode to save energy consumption.
It can save energy consumption.
(2). The basic functions of mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe remote control receiver:
a) Control function: the receiver has the function of controlling the external equipment according to the external trigger signal and the specified control strategy.
b) Display function: the receiver can display the status of power supply, operation, communication and fault in real time.
