‌1. Overview

       Mining vehicle-mounted wireless remote control device is a newly developed wireless remote control product of our company, which mainly consists of two main parts: FYF50 mining intrinsically safe remote control transmitter and FWS50 mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe vehicle-mounted remote control receiver. With the mine-type intrinsically safe remote control transmitter, the switch and handle status can be collected at regular intervals, and then transmitted to the mine-type explosion-proof and intrinsically safe vehicle remote control receiver through the wireless radio frequency RF network. This product is characterized by strong real-time, light weight, small volume, compact structure, simple wiring, low power consumption, easy installation and use.

2. Product features

This product is suitable for mines with explosive gases (methane) and coal dust, as a coal mine underground all kinds of roadways, tunnels, comprehensive mining face, digging face, etc. need to operate the remote control system, at the same time, the product can also be applied to the ground metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, food, transportation and other industries related equipment within the scope of the visualization of the wireless remote control control.

3. Main functions

(1). The basic function of mine intrinsically safe remote control transmitter:

a) It has 8 toggle switches and 3 cross operating levers, 1 emergency stop switch and 1 power switch；

b)Under-voltage indication function: under-voltage indicator lights up to show that the power is insufficient；

c)Display function: it can display the working status of each control switch in real time, dangerous operation tips, page switching and other functions.

(2). Basic functions of mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe vehicle remote control receiver:

a) Control function: the receiver has the function of controlling external devices according to the external trigger signal and the specified control strategy；

b) Display function: the receiver can display real-time status of power supply, operation, communication, fault, switching status, proportional output value and so on.

(1). Power supply battery use time and battery life

Power supply battery: three lithium manganese-acid batteries for mining use are connected in series to form a battery pack for power supply, which can be recharged and used repeatedly. The single battery capacity is 4000mAh, and the rated voltage of the battery pack is DC11.1V. It has single battery overcharge voltage protection, single battery overdischarge voltage protection, charging overcurrent protection, and discharging overcurrent protection.
