1. General

It is mainly used for slope transportation to compensate the height difference on the transportation line. The power of the equipment can be hydraulic (or electric) power, and can share a hydraulic station with the tipper and pusher to realize centralized control, which has the advantages of compact structure, smooth operation, large climbing capacity and long service life.

2. Equipment features

PB, PH type crawler adopts chain drive, which is composed of crawler claw, chain, slideway, driving device, head wheel, tail wheel, backstop claw, rail, support beam, etc. It adopts low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor (or electric) drive. Push claw for long up type, several climbing claw fixed on the chain, push mine car axle or block work, mine car through the backstop claw can be pressed down, mine car through the automatic lifting. The backstop claw prevents the mine car from slipping when the claw is disengaged.
