This tumbler is widely used in the unloading production of mine cars when transporting coal or gangue in the coal mine up or down the shaft, with high production efficiency. Hydraulic tumbler solves the problem of unstable rotation and frequent falling of traditional electric tumbler, which is a good choice for unloading mine cars.

2. Equipment Features

Hydraulic roll cage tipper is composed of roll cage, blocker, driving device, locking mechanism, undercarriage, hydraulic system and electric control system, and it is driven by low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor. There are wheel counting device and blocker closing lever at the inlet and outlet blocker, mechanical locking, reliable positioning of mine cars. Adopting Y center hydraulic reversing valve, the roller rotates smoothly and has little impact.
