Quantity adjustment method of the reciprocating coal feeder feed

1. The reciprocating coal feeder is fixed and installed under the storage silo. Before installation, it is necessary to determine the horizontal position, fasten the frame and the bin with bolts, and then place the transmission platform in the correct position. The H-shaped frame and the frame are welded firmly, and the reducer and the motor are aligned and installed, adjusted appropriately, and fastened with bolts.
2. After the coal feeder is installed in place, the no-load start motor is used to make the coal feeder run no-load. If everything is normal, check and tighten the bolts and nuts again, restart, and slowly open the coal bunker so that the coal flow enters the coal feeder from small to large, so that the coal feeder can be put into normal operation.
3. When adjusting the productivity according to the unloading requirements, pull out the crank part of the boat, loosen the nut, rotate the position of the crank shell "1, 2, 3, 4" to select and fix, insert the pin, connect the crank and the crank shell, fasten the pin and nut, and then start after adjustment.
Maintenance and repair of the Reciprocating coal feeder
1. Before the operation of the coal feeder, there should be enough raw coal stored in the coal bunker to avoid direct impact on the bottom plate when the coal is loaded into the silo.
2. After continuous work every month, the machine should be checked for any abnormal phenomena, such as loosening, and if there are abnormal phenomena, they should be overhauled immediately.
3. The thickness of the bottom lining plate in direct contact with the coal feeder is greater than half of the original thickness and must be repaired or replaced.
4. All rotating parts are required to be oiled once a month, inspected once a quarter, the damage degree of bearings and seals observed, and replaced in time if problems are found.
Maintenance of main components
