Main structure of the chain coal feeder
1. Main structure
1) Funnels
The funnel is a rectangular short circuit connecting the silo and the feeder box; the upper flange of the funnel matches the flange of the silo mouth, and the lower flange is connected with the material body to ensure that the incoming material effectively enters the silo.
2) Cabinet
A relatively closed box is enclosed by the side plate and the bottom plate to ensure that the upper incoming material can effectively enter the upper part of the scraper chain, so that the material can be transported from the scraper to the next conveying system from the opening, and at the same time ensure that the material is not scattered.
3) Gates
Placed between the funnel and the box, the gate is electro-hydraulic controlled and has the function of adjusting the conveying volume. When the gate is closed, the upper silo stops coming, and the feeder stops feeding. When the feeder needs to feed the work, the feeder motor is started first, the feeder starts to run, and then the gate is opened so that the incoming material can enter the trough smoothly and start to feed normally. When each shift is suspended, the gate should be closed first, and then the materials in the trough should be cleaned up, and it is strictly forbidden to fill the silo Initiate.
4) Chain and scraper conveying devices
The chain is made of high-quality alloy steel structure, and the scraper is made of high-quality carbon structural steel forging, made of 45 materials, which has high strength and high wear resistance. It is convenient for continuous transportation. This scraper chain feeding method greatly improves the service life of the equipment and is more suitable for the transportation of raw coal and other materials in mines with large lumps and high gangue content.
5) Drive the sprocket group; change to the sprocket group.
The transmission sprocket is assembled with two pieces of drive sprockets, which echo with the reversing sprocket group, and when the transmission mechanism drives the drive sprocket group to rotate, the transmission sprocket group drives the plate roller chain and the scraper plate to carry out material conveying and complete the conveying process.
6) Transmission mechanism
A frequency conversion motor is used to achieve stepless speed regulation. The transmission is stable and reliable, the speed regulation is convenient, and the user can adjust the speed according to the size of the incoming material. The output shaft and the head wheel block are connected by a set of simple roller chains, which are easy to replace and have a long service life.
7) Chassis
It is welded by section steel, which is firm and stable, and is the carrier that supports the upper parts.
The working principle of the chain coal feeder
The material in the silo enters the box through the funnel frame and falls to the bottom plate and the plate chain scraper. When the driving drum starts to rotate under the drive of external power, the plate chain is driven to move, the plate chain drives the scraper to push the material on the bottom plate to guide the discharge port, the running scraper turns to the return stroke after unloading at the discharge port, and the material is continuously discharged from the discharge port so as to complete the feeding process. A cleaner mounted on the reversing drum cleans the material that is bonded to the scraper to avoid spilling on the return side. Changing the size of the feed port can be achieved by adjusting the opening of the gate. To change the feeding amount, the speed of the plate chain can be changed by adjusting the speed change of the output shaft of the continuously variable speed reducer so as to change the feeding amount. Change the feeding amount, or you can change the speed of the motor through the optional inverter, so as to change the feeding amount.
Installation instructions of the chain belt coal feeder
1. The feeder can be installed separately on site or as a whole. When the split is installed, the connecting section is installed at the bin first, then the guide trough is installed, and then other components such as the bottom plate are installed. During the overall installation, the connecting section is installed at the mouth of the coal bunker first, and then all the other components are assembled, and the overall hoisting and connecting section are connected with bolts.
2. Conditions of Use
a) The conveyed materials are irregularly shaped raw coal, ore, and gangue in bulk.
b) Working environment temperature: -30 °C~40 °C
c) The composition of the mine air shall comply with the requirements of Article 100 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
d) The working environment allows for waterlogging.
Commissioning instructions of the GLL series chain belt coal feeder
Close the feeding gate, check the installation of the components, and when it is determined that there is no problem, the professional will start the motor (the motor must have normal operation protection) under the condition of ensuring safety. After 30 minutes of no-load operation, check that the parts are running well, and then put them into normal use. The feeding amount is mainly adjusted by adjusting the running speed of the feeder, and the gate is not used as an adjustment of the feeding volume under normal circumstances and only prevents the material from falling and the upper and lower ports of the silo from collapsing with the wind during feeder maintenance.
In the normal operation of the feeder, daily inspection and maintenance should be carried out, mainly the operation and wear of parts. In case of abnormal problems, please contact the manufacturer in time.
Maintenance and repair of the GLL series chain belt coal feeder
1. When the feeder is in use, there should be enough large amount of coal stored in the coal bunker to avoid direct impact on the bottom plate when the coal is loaded into the silo.
2. After continuous work every month, the parts should be checked for looseness or abnormality.
3. The transmission parts need to be checked once every six months of continuous work, and the parts of the tie rod part must be kept in normal cooperation, and if there is any abnormal phenomenon, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
4. All rotating parts are required to be oiled once a month, inspected once a quarter, observed the damage degree of bearings and seals, and replaced in time if problems are found.
5. Maintenance of main components:
(1) Reducer
Inspect every six months, and at the same time clean the rolling bearings and casing or change the lubricating oil.
(2) Electric motor
According to the maintenance requirements specified by the motor.
User note: lubricate the moving parts regularly, check the operation of each component, find out the cause and deal with it in time, and notify the manufacturer if necessary; The gate should be closed when the empty warehouse is overhauled.
