3. Main Structure

QZC series pneumatic blocker consists of left and right wheel blocking parts, machine base, air control device and other components. When the wheel stopper is closed, it blocks the mine car wheel to stop the car and has buffering effect. When the wheel block is opened, the mine car can pass through the blocker. The closing and opening of the wheel block is controlled by the pneumatic control device, moving the pneumatic control valve of the pneumatic control device, the cylinder pushes the blocker wheel to open, and when the mine car passes through, the reverse moving of the pneumatic control valve will open the wheel block.
