‌1. Overview

KTK18 Mining Intrinsically Safe Amplified Telephone is suitable for use in underground coal mines where there are gas and coal dust explosion hazards. This type of amplified telephone can realize the functions of broadcasting communication, half-duplex conversation, punching point contact, voice alarm, etc. It is used for local emergency stop lockout protection, punching point, voice call, etc. of the equipment along the line with big noise and wide working surface.

2. Technical features

(1). The internal circuit and floating battery pack are sealed together, the external power supply is temporarily interrupted, the communication is not affected;

(2). Call function: press the call button of this station, it can realize half-duplex voice call with other amplified telephones;

(3). Punctuation function: press the station punctuation button, you can send punctuation signals to other amplified telephones, and the intensity of the punctuation sound level is ≥85dB(A);

(4). Button emergency stop latching function: when pressing the emergency stop button, the latching contact is closed, and the latching contact needs to be reset manually after it is closed;

(5). When connected with the belt conveyor and other equipment control box audio, it can realize the amplification function for the control box alarm voice.
