KXJ660 mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe controller is a new type of controller integrating PLC control, motor control and dynamic weighing control, which is used for the control of weigh feeders, hydraulic dampers and other mining equipment. The controller adopts Siemens PLC as the control core, contactors, circuit breakers and other key devices are Siemens brand, and the upper chamber is equipped with intrinsically safe human-machine interface, which makes the product stable and reliable, with advanced and perfect functions.

2. Product features

(1). Equipped with 7-inch intrinsically safe HMI touch screen, which can display parameter setting information and alarm information;

(2). With various communication methods, it can be connected with the whole mine automation monitoring system to realize remote control and global monitoring;

(3). Integrate the start-stop and protection functions of the motor, and can directly control the motor;

(4). With dynamic weighing function.
