1. Overview
ZMK127(A) type electric control device for pneumatic damper control is suitable for automatic control and intelligent control of facilities such as double non-pressurized damper, single fan door, pedestrian, traveling car or common damper for pedestrian and car in underground coal mine, and can control two or three dampers. Automatic opening and closing of the dampers is realized by the device when pedestrians and mine cars pass through. Reliable human power to open and close the dampers when there is a power failure in the mine.
2. Functional Characteristics
This device integrates the automatic control system with a single-chip computer, adopts infrared sensors as monitors, and also has a language alarm to ensure smooth and safe passage of pedestrians and vehicles.
(1). Control function: the controller receives the signal from the infrared sensor receiver, and after recognizing it, it controls the actuator (cylinder, oil cylinder) to move and open the damper, and after a delay of 7 seconds (adjustable by remote control), it automatically controls the actuator to move and close the damper;
(2). Locking function: when any one of the two dampers which are interlocked is opened, the controller controls the actuator to lock the other damper so that it cannot be opened, and when the open damper is closed, the controller automatically unlocks it;
(3). Manual unlocking function: when there is a fault press the reset button, the whole control system stops working, at this time the dampers can be pushed open manually. When the fault is removed, press the reset button, the control system returns to normal work;
(4). Voice prompt function: when the damper is open, the controller controls the sound and light alarm box to prompt the voice signal.
