Introduction to coal mine hydraulic station

Hydraulic station is a hydraulic source device composed of hydraulic pump, motor, oil tank, electromagnetic reversing valve, relief valve, radiator, accumulator, and so on. Working principles of the coal mine hydraulic station

The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, the pump draws oil from the oil pump, and it converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil is assembled into a block (or valve combination) through the oil circuit, and the direction, pressure, and flow are adjusted by the hydraulic valve and then transmitted to the cylinder or the oil motor of the hydraulic machinery through the external pipeline (hard pipe, hose, and pipe joint). Thus, it controls the direction change of the hydraulic motor (cylinder, motor, etc.), the size of the force, and the speed of the speed, and promotes the hydraulic machinery, such as various coal feeders, dampers, and car operation, to do work.
