Uses of mine excavators

The mine excavator is suitable for coal mines, metal mines, non-metallic mines, shafts, inclined shafts, and horizontal tunnels for excavation, rock loading, and bottom cleaning, as well as frozen soil excavation; it can meet various functions such as digging, bedding, widening, side digging, breaking, breaking rocks, loading, cleaning the bottom of the conveyor belt, loading cars,  leveling tunnel, and other functions.


Advantages of mine excavators

1) The arm can be adjusted in height to suit the size of the tunnel, avoiding contact with anchor bolts, anchor ropes, the roof of the tunnel, and thus enabling the excavator to operate flexibly in different height sections of the tunnel.

2) The tail-free design allows for a very small turning radius to achieve a large excavation area.

3) The three-section arm cylinder adopts an internal structure, effectively protecting the cylinder and equipped with a protective cover to prevent damage to the cylinder during operation.

4) The precise hydraulic proportional control system can generate sufficient hydraulic power and operating speed in any demanding operation. All control levers can be operated with minimal effort, providing a comfortable and convenient operation.

5) The unique overall dynamic low-center-of-gravity design allows for greater stability during lifting or slope operation.

6) The hydraulic system is composed of a load-sensitive system, which can greatly improve the utilization efficiency of the motor and reduce system heat generation. The structure is compact and energy-efficient.

7) The advanced electric control system used in China can meet the voltage requirements of 380V/660V (1140V).

Components of the mine excavator

1. It mainly consists of three parts: the walking device, the working device, and the rotating mechanism, as well as two major systems: the hydraulic system and the electrical system. Through the coordination and cooperation of each part, the hydraulic and electrical actuating elements and mechanical transmission mechanisms ultimately perform the specified actions and complete various operation processes.

2. The walking device and the undercarriage: It consists of the track frame, the walking motor, the support roller, the idler wheel, the drive wheel, the track, and the hydraulic walking function is completed by driving the drive wheel through the walking motor. The walking motor has the functions of forward movement, backward movement, and automatic braking.

3. The working device adopts a three-section arm structure, consisting of the boom, the auxiliary arm, the dipper, the linkage, the swing arm, the cylinder, the rotating cylinder, and the digging tool. The auxiliary arm has a rotatable and non-rotatable type, and the rotatable type has a rotating cylinder installed inside the auxiliary arm arm, which can rotate to either side by 90˚.
