Function of the mine tunnel repair machine products
The working device part of the roadway repair machine can be quickly exchanged with special accessories such as buckets, milling heads, and crushing hammers through the hydraulic quick change device according to the actual operation needs. The coal and rock are loaded by a digging bucket and transferred to a scraper conveyer, belt conveyer, mine car, or other loading equipment. At the same time, the working arm can rotate ±90° from side to side to repair the roadway side and roof. The hydraulic crushing hammer can break hard rocks and concrete in the roadway. The milling and digging head can excavate the ditch and mill the groove around the roadway.
The machine has the advantages of a compact structure, small size, energy savings, low noise, and high efficiency, realizing mechanization in roadway repair and greatly improving the speed of roadway repair operations.
Characteristics of the mine tunnel repair machine products
1) The working device adopts a three-section arm design, and the height of the arm can be adjusted according to the size change of the roadway to avoid contact with the anchor rod, anchor cable, and roadway roof, so that the maintenance machine can operate flexibly in different height segments;
2) The working arm can rotate ±90° horizontally by swinging the oil cylinder and can rotate ±90° vertically by a rotating mechanism so as to realize barrier-free excavation, crushing, and cutting of the whole section.
3) The three-section arm cylinder adopts a built-in structure to protect the cylinder and is equipped with a protective sleeve to avoid damage to the cylinder during the working process.
4) Equipped with a push shovel, it can meet the role of leveling the roadway working face and supporting the fuselage.
5) The operation room adopts a cable-stayed roof open structure with a good sight line, high strength, adjustable ceiling height, and convenient disassembly.
6) The power part adopts a concentrated and compact structure, plus a protective cover to reduce the damage to coal gangue and other power components.
7) Equipped with a flameproof cable reel, used for power supply transmission and cable automatic retraction, eliminating manual dragging of cables, reducing labor, improving the working environment of workers, and improving operation safety factors.
8) The bucket can be quickly replaced with a variety of accessories, such as a crushing hammer, milling, and digging, to achieve a multi-purpose machine.
