Composition structure of the KQP series arch breaker

The KQP series arch breaker is mainly composed of the arch breaker host, the arch breaker air circuit system, and the arch breaker electronic control system.The main engine of the KQP series arch breaker is composed of hoop frames, tanks, etc.The KQP series arch breaker gas circuit system is mainly composed of an air supply pipeline, two-position three-way pneumatic electromagnetic reversing valve, ball valve (used to cut off the air source, discharge water and sewage during maintenance) and connecting pipe fittings.

The working principle of the KQP series arch breaker

The KQP series arch breaker is the aerodynamic principle, the use of a differential pressure device and electrically controlled pneumatic battery reversing valve. First, the arch breaker tank into the compressed air and reach the working pressure, and then close the pneumatic electromagnetic reversing valve can be the arch breaker tank compressed air instantly sprayed out, produce a strong impact force, to achieve blockage, arch breaking.
