The system includes an upper computer, main control box, sub-control box, coal discharge external electric ball valve, wireless pressure sensor, infrared transmitter, infrared receiver, remote control, spray device, and other main components. Through the wireless pressure sensor (or wired touch sensor), it achieves shearer tracking, shifting detection, coal discharge detection, and other functions. When the shearer moves, a signal is generated by scanning the infrared receiver mounted on the hydraulic support with an infrared transmitter mounted on the shearer. The signal is fed back to the sub-control box of the spray device, and the sub-control box automatically controls the water supply of the electric ball valve to realize the scanning spray of the bracket coal machine. When moving the frame, the hydraulic handle is operated, and the moving frame sensor (wireless pressure or wired touch sensor) emits trigger signals. After receiving the moving frame signal, the sub-control box opens the built-in electric ball valve and performs spray dust removal work.
