Working principles of the pneumatic diaphragm pump

Installation operation guide of the BQG series mine pneumatic diaphragm pump
1.The upper mouth of the pump is the water outlet, and the connection to the lower water suction port must be tied tightly.
2.The material supply pipe at the entrance should not be too small; otherwise, it will be easily blocked, and the hose that is easy to collapse should not be used.
3.Fix the diaphragm pump feet on the appropriate surface to prevent vibration damage.
4.If the diaphragm pump does not start within a few hours, disconnect the gas supply.

Repair and maintenance of the Pneumatic diaphragm pump
1. The clean operating platform prevents the precise internal moving parts from being affected by dust and foreign debris during disassembly and reassembly.
2. Keep good maintenance records and include diaphragm pumps in preventive maintenance projects.
3. Before disassembly, turn the upper part of the diaphragm pump downward to discharge the material in the pump and empty the residual material in the manifold.
4. Remove the upper and lower manifolds steps:
1) Remove the ball, O-ring, and tee;
2) Remove the fluid cover;
3) Remove the screw and diaphragm gasket;
4) Remove the O-ring, taking care not to scratch the surface of the connecting rod.
5. Replace the damaged parts and wipe the connecting rod (diaphragm rod) and O-ring with key-Lube oil.
6. Reassemble in reverse order.
Using precautions of the pneumatic diaphragm pump
1. The pneumatic diaphragm pump vibration is extremely slight; generally, you cannot install foot bolts.
2. Because compressing air into the dirt will affect the normal start of the pump, it is recommended that the user install pneumatic triplets.
3. When replacing the diaphragm, it is necessary to clean the pump wrist connecting rod and lead sleeve and do not damage the white tetrafluoroseal ring. Install it as is, and you can use it.
4. In the suction, it is easy to freeze the medium. The valve should be installed at the inlet of the pump. When the pump is stopped, the valve is closed first, and then, after opening the pump for a few minutes, the pump body media is drained until it is difficult to cause the next pump opening.
