1. The reciprocating feeder is fixed and installed under the storage bin mouth. Before installation, the horizontal position needs to be determined. The frame and the bin mouth need to be fastened with bolts, and then the transmission platform should be placed in the correct position. The H-shaped frame and frame should be welded firmly to the transmission platform. The reducer and motor should be aligned and installed, adjusted appropriately, and fastened with bolts.

After the feeder is installed in place, start the motor without load to make the feeder run without load. After running for 20 minutes without any abnormalities, stop the machine to check the temperature rise of the motor and reducer. If everything is normal, check and tighten the relevant bolts and nuts before restarting. Slowly open the coal bin and allow the coal flow to enter the feeder from small to large, allowing the feeder to operate normally.

3. When adjusting the production rate according to the unloading requirements, pull out the small boat at the crank position, loosen the nut, and rotate the position "1, 2, 3, and 4" of the crank shell to select fixation. Insert the pin shaft, connect the crank and the crank shell, tighten the pin shaft and nut, and drive again after the adjustment is completed.
