1. Preparation before starting the computer
(1) Train the operator to thoroughly read this manual, understand the structure, performance, and working principle of the machine, familiarize themselves with the operation methods and maintenance techniques of the machine, memorize the functions and positions of each button in the button box, memorize the schematic diagram of the position and function of the control lever, and pass the assessment before starting the machine.
(2) Check the oil level. The normal oil level should be between the upper and lower limits of the oil gauge. If the oil level is insufficient, it should be replenished in a timely manner. Hydraulic oil and containers must be kept clean.
(3) Check if all pins, fasteners, electrical components, wires and cables, hydraulic components, and hydraulic pipelines are normal. If there are any abnormalities, they should be repaired in a timely manner.
(4) Confirm that each operating handle is in the center position.
2. Operation method
(1) Turn on the main power switch and start the motor. It can only be used under pressure after 10 seconds of startup completion. If the machine is shut down for more than 4 hours, the pump should be idle for 5-10 minutes before it can work under pressure.
(2) Lower the transport trough shovel to the ground.
(3) Manipulate the machine to move forward, gather the stones, and at the same time, push the ground flat.
(4) After confirming that the transfer vehicle has entered the unloading area of the machine, pull the handle to the forward direction of the conveyor.
(5) Operate the pilot valve to lift the upper arm, extend the lower arm, and place the bucket in a position approximately aligned with the lower arm. Then, lower the upper arm and retract the lower arm (while making the upper arm move up and down slightly) to scrape the stone into the transport groove. Rotating the rotary arm can lift over a large range, and appropriately retracting and releasing the bucket according to the distance of the stone material will be beneficial for lifting. During the scraping process, it is generally not advisable to move each arm to its limit position to avoid frequent excessive impact and shorten the service life of the machine. At the same time, it can avoid the phenomenon of high oil temperature caused by frequent overflow of the overload valve. Special attention should be paid not to allow the bucket to directly impact the transport groove, otherwise it will cause serious deformation of the groove body.
(6) During the scraping process, it is necessary to regularly pay attention to whether the scraper chain is conveying normally. If it gets stuck, the conveying should be stopped in time, otherwise the oil temperature will quickly rise and it may not work. The method to release the blockchain is to pull the conveying forward control lever to the middle position, quickly pull the conveying forward control lever back and forth, and make the scraper chain quickly impact in both directions to release the blockchain. When there is stone material in the transportation trough, do not stop the conveying forward control rod in the position of conveying reverse, otherwise it may break the chain or scraper, seriously affecting production.
(7) If stopping on a slope for a long time, the machine head production plate needs to be pressed against the ground.
3. Precautions
(1) During the operation of this machine, non operators and equipment should not approach to avoid accidents.
(2) When the machine is walking, hard objects larger than 200 millimeters should be removed from the ground.
(3) When the machine is moving, it is necessary to retract and release the cables in a timely manner. When retracting the cables, personnel near the cables should be cleared to avoid being carried over, and squeezing the cables is strictly prohibited.
(4) Before blasting, the machine should be parked 50 meters away from the blasting point.
(5) When the machine is parked, it is better to extend the bucket and forearm gently to touch the limit block, lower the boom until the bucket teeth just touch the ground, and lower the transport groove to a lower position. The purpose is to unload the oil cylinder seal and prolong its service life as much as possible. Fold up the push board for easy passage.
(6) It is better for the machine to walk in reverse when going uphill and follow it when going downhill, so that it can be braked with the transport groove shovel.
(7) When parking the machine on a slope, to prevent it from sliding down, triangular blocks should be placed under the tracks.
(8) When the machine is parked, the power should be turned off.
(9) If the machine is shut down for more than 4 hours, the pump should be idle for 5-10 minutes before it can work under pressure.
(10) When the oil temperature in the winter fuel tank is below 25 ° C, the pump can only be allowed to idle or other approved heating methods can be used to reach the allowed operating conditions before working under pressure.
(11) When the oil temperature in the tank reaches 55 ° C or the return oil temperature reaches 80 ° C, the machine should be shut down for cooling.
(12) Normal replacement cycle of hydraulic oil:
Replace after 300 working hours; After working for 500 hours for the second time; Replace every 600 working hours in the future, but at least once a year. The hydraulic oil filter element should be cleaned and replaced simultaneously. Both the return oil and suction oil filters are equipped with self sealing valves. When removing the filter element from the end cover of the return oil or suction oil filter, the oil in the tank will not flow back out; And it is equipped with a bypass valve to prevent the oil pump from being emptied when the filter element is blocked, but it must be cleaned and replaced in a timely manner, otherwise it will pollute the entire oil circuit.
(14) The warranty period for the entire product is 6 months or 1000 operating hours. This time is calculated from the date when the user completes the installation and trial operation of the device. The on-site installation of the equipment should not be later than three months after the equipment is shipped; The maintenance after 100, 300, 600, and 900 working hours must be reported to the supplier by the appointed engineer within two weeks before it can be carried out. Otherwise, the warranty period will terminate immediately.
(15) The components under warranty during the warranty period do not include parts that require routine maintenance, such as oil filters and filters, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, or vulnerable parts.
4. Adjustment method
(1) Adjust the tightness of the scraper chain
If the scraper chain is too loose, it is easy to break the chain or pressure plate screws when the scraper chain is stuck or reversed. If the scraper chain is too tight, it will accelerate chain wear and consume more power. The correct sag is 10-20 millimeters (observed below the unloading point during forward operation). Adjust the scraper chain, loosen the adjustment nut on the adjustment bolt, and ensure that the adjustment amount on both sides is basically the same. When the chain sags to 10-20 millimeters, tighten the adjustment nut. If the adjustment is not enough, you can remove two sections of the chain.
(2) Adjusting the tightness of the track
If the track is too loose, it is easy to loosen the chain, while if the track is too tight, it will accelerate the wear of the chain rail joints and consume more power. The method of tensioning the track is to take out the hose joint and inject lithium based grease into the square hole of the tensioning cylinder using a grease gun; The method to loosen the track is to unscrew the one-way valve and release the lubricating grease.
